Conducting annual tryouts and overseeing player selection, with the assistance of the Player and Coach Development Coordinator, Division Coordinators, and league coaches.
Assisting NWBA’s President and Registrar in checking birth records and eligibility of players at the time of registration.
Serving as a NWBA Executive Board Member.
Supervising and coordinating the transfer of players to or from the Minor Leagues, according to the provisions of the regulations of Little League International.

All NWBA Board positions are elected for a one-year term that completes Sept. 30th of each year.
In the off-season, the board typically meets once per month, usually via an online meeting. During the busy spring season (April to June), the board, or subcommittees of the board, may meet more frequently. Other board business is conducted via the Slack app.
