Gaining the support and funds to implement a league-wide training program, and presenting a coach/manager training budget to the NWBA board.
Ordering and distributing training materials to NWBA players, coaches and managers.
Coordinating mini-clinics for NWBA, as necessary.
Serving as the contact person for Little League International and its manager-coach education.
Receiving coaching information from Little League International and distributing that information to all NWBA coaches and managers.

All NWBA Board positions are elected for a one-year term that completes Sept. 30th of each year.
In the off-season, the board typically meets once per month, usually via an online meeting. During the busy spring season (April to June), the board, or subcommittees of the board, may meet more frequently. Other board business is conducted via the Slack app.
