Duties include:

  • Assuming full responsibility for the operation of NWBA.
  • Presiding at NWBA meetings.
  • Receiving all mail, supplies, and other communications from Little League International.
  • Serving as the contact between NWBA and Little League International.
  • Serving as a NWBA Executive Board Member.

  • Representing NWBA in the council of District 6.
  • Selecting and appointing managers, coaches, umpires, and committees, subject to the approval of NWBA’s Board of Directors.
  • Ensuring that all NWBA personnel are properly briefed on all rules, regulations, and policies of Little League.
  • Actively seeking to gain support and to win friends for NWBA.

A few more details…

All NWBA Board positions are elected for a one-year term that completes Sept. 30th of each year.
In the off-season, the board typically meets once per month, usually via an online meeting. During the busy spring season (April to June), the board, or subcommittees of the board, may meet more frequently. Other board business is conducted via the Slack app.
