Team Manager (AKA Head Coach)

1 per team for all divisions

This position is the team lead in charge of team players, assistant coaches, and all communication between the League, Division Coordinators, and parents regarding schedules, changes, rainouts, and events.

Team Managers instruct players in proper baseball skills, produce player lineups for games, and provide overall player support and encouragement. During games, Team Managers typically operate the pitching machine (Rookie Division), or pitch to players (e.g., at the start of the season for Minor Division).

Team Managers may be required to attend meetings, instructional sessions or seminars. They work with their team’s Assistant Coaches and Team Parent to delegate team responsibilities.

Assistant Coach

1 per team T-Ball Division; max 2 per team Rookie Division & higher

This position assists the Team Manager with team practices, player organization, skill building, game operations, equipment handling, and general player and team support.

During games, Assistant Coaches typically take on the role of a base coach or assist in the dugout. They may sometimes operate the pitching machine (Rookie Division) or pitch to players (e.g., at the start of the season for Minor Division).
