Responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and managing NWBA’s official website.
  • Liasing with relevant Board Members to collect, post, and update previously posted information regarding NWBA’s operations and activities, including information about registration, tournaments, fundraising and sponsorship.
  • Monitoring the security of NWBA’s website and ensuring software is regularly updated, as needed.

  • Marketing and promoting NWBA programs, including any new divisions of play or other initiatives, in conjunction with NWBA’s Social Media Coordinator and other relevant Board Members.

All NWBA Board positions are elected for a one-year term that completes Sept. 30th of each year.
In the off-season, the board typically meets once per month, usually via an online meeting. During the busy spring season (April to June), the board, or subcommittees of the board, may meet more frequently. Other board business is conducted via the Slack app.
